Qualifications:

✅ High School Diploma/GED

Children's HBTS Direct Support Professional

$19.00/hour | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling

The Frank Olean Center is hiring dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) Program. We have open positions throughout Washington County will do our best to match you with a family close to home!

HBTS offers home and community based support to children with special health care needs. 

What you will do:

As a HBTS worker, you will play a vital role in helping children:

⭐ Develop independence in daily living activities

⭐ Improve safety through self-regulation skills

⭐ Engage in social and community activities with peers

Key Responsibilities:

⭐ Assist children in achieving family-directed goals, promoting independence and safety

⭐ Provide one-on-one support in homes and community settings

⭐ Facilitate socialization and participation in activities

⭐ Assist with self-care tasks as needed

⭐ Maintain accurate documentation (data sheets, progress notes, timesheets)

⭐ Attend required meetings and trainings

⭐ Safely transport children to approved activities, as needed

Qualifications

✅ At least 18 years of age

✅ 2 years supervised experience working with children with special health care needs

✅ Associates degree in human services or related field

✅ Clean driving record for the past 3 years (valid driver’s license & vehicle insurance required)

✅ Successful background check and DCYF clearance

This position is ideal for:

  • Experienced professionals (DSPs, TAs, Paraprofessionals, CNAs) seeking flexible hours or a second job

Make a Difference in Your Community!

The Frank Olean Center is hiring dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Personal Assistance Services and Supports (PASS) Program. We have open positions throughout Rhode Island and will do our best to match you with a family close to home!

PASS is a family-directed service providing in-home and community-based support to children with special health care needs. 


What you will do:

As a PASS worker, you will play a vital role in helping children:
