We are incredibly fortunate to be part of a community that steps up year after year to support folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As we plan our annual and special events, we are humbled by the generosity of our local partners who make these moments possible.
🌟 The Lions Club has sponsored our Dr. Al Lorenzo Memorial Bowl-A-Rama for decades, bringing joy to our participants at Alley Katz in Westerly, and most recently co-hosted with Precision Fitness and Thrive Personal Training, the Olean Center’s newest event, Trivia Night!
Rotary Club of Westerly volunteers helped with a paint project and worked in our garden.
🚗 The Westerly Yacht Club recently hosted the Larry Gavitt Memorial Car Show, raising nearly $14,000 for our programs.
🍻 Grey Sail Brewing continues to champion our mission, hosting Cheer for Charity each September and supporting events with donations and refreshments.
🍽️ Andrea Seaside Restaurant and Beach Bar in Misquamicut has made a significant impact through its annual Dine to Donate, thanks to owner Rebecca Colucci, who also serves on our Development Committee.
The Haversham hosted a dance concert that raised signficant funds to kick of 2024.
